Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. We chose to try somewhere new for Valentine's Day and waited over an hour for an entree from a set menu. We left after entree for waiting so long and then was proceeded to be charged normal amount for meals. The valentines special was $65 each for a 3 course meal. We were charge for 2 entrees $58. Absolutely ridiculous.

We weren't the couple sitting in the corner of the side room, looks like there must have been others who didn't have a great experience as well which doesn't surprise me. I'm also not sure it's fair to blame your one staff member in regards to a table plan. There was a whole lot wrong with the night. The fact the foods were served in groups were a big issue, everyone who ordered the tempura crab got that first and it wasn't done by tables. It's hard to believe you have a special menu for Valentine's Day and enough prep had not been done to make sure it ran smoothly. It's very difficult when your partner has their food and you don't get anything at all and are asked if you're ready for your main?

Your house wines are amongst the poorest tasting that we have had, anywhere. And you MUST pay faster and more regular attention to keeping the tables outside clean despite the heavy traffic and location issues. All that stated, your souvlakia are amongst the best in the state and your chips leave most fish shops for dead
