I got a fridge magnet in my letterbox some time ago and kept it on the off chance I may need something one day. That day came today. My hot water service stopped - at tea time on a Sunday evening - great. I called the number, spoke to Don, he told me he would be at my place in 20 minutes, which he was. He took my ancient hot water service apart and fixed it for me. I couldn't be happier. He gave me a quote on the phone, and charged me exactly that much - no hidden costs. I was back up and running within 90 mins of my call to him. I am very happy with that. Thanks Don.
Yep, no different than any other tradie... left a message, no call back. You obviously don't want my money, and if you're too busy to take my job, be polite and SAY SO. You just lost my business, and from anyone else I know.
Forgot to mention... if you're not even going to call back, don't leave fridge magnets in my letterbox asking for business!

After I called him, he said he would call before dropping by in the afternoon, but once again I had to call him before getting a response in the late afternoon. ...read more
I have used this business many times, and found them most reliable and efficient for many properties, for both maintenance and larger jobs, being a rental manager with Hocking Stuart. It is hard to find reliable trades people. I don't know what the experience with the above client was, but I have always found them to be most professional.
