All Fireplaces Great & Small

Tom is very tardy to respond to issues with the fireplace not performing, only occasionally responds after many complaints. It took 3 years to issue Certificate of Compliance. Fire place may be compliant ( maybe) but certainly does not work properly. House smells of soot, ceilings are marked, and almost no heat is coming from the fireplace. Sadly disappointed!
