Inappropriate conduct and unwanted advances by the owner of the property towards tenants was reported to the property manager on two separate occasions, both which were completely ignored.
The Agent then issued retaliatory rent increase and eviction notices, where they were taken to court.
Refused to repair broken stairs, was told we have another set at the back of the property, and to use those.
If you're an Owner considering to list your property with this company, you need to strongly consider if your morals are aligned with the conduct of this agency, and if your a tenant looking to rent through this agency, Just dont.

If you can avoid this business do so. They have abysmal care factor for renters and have zero care factor for the condition of the houses they manage. They do not deliver on agreements and it is a continual fight to get things done, with their poor communication. This agency doesn't deserve to be in business and it is amazing that they stay in business with the poor attitude, ethics and customer service that this business delivers. Beware, this agency is a slum landlords dream.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We rented a flat with All Urban and the property was provided to us in a filthy state - cockroaches, you name it. We complained and asked for a leaking toilet to be fixed multiple times, to no avail.

Looks like all Urban have atleast 2 staff members who were willing to do a positive review here for them.

They're rubbish. The experience with All Urban was disgusting and I will be making a formal complaint about them.

AVOID. As landlord and also a tenant of All Urban I can truely say they have some of the worst service I have come across. When vacating a flat that we rented all Urban came up with a laundry list as long as your arm of repairs and maintenance that we should pay for.
