My visit to Cha Cha Char was a memorable dining experience. The restaurant's commitment to serving premium Australian meats was evident in their meticulously curated steak menu. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the different cuts and selecting one that suited my preferences. The steak itself was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. While the focus is primarily on steak, I appreciated the variety of seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options available. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, a satisfying meal that left me eager to return for another culinary adventure.
I thoroughly enjoyed a steak here recently which says a lot as usually I don't order steak on a menu. But, when you go to one of the best steak restaurants in Brisbane you go the steak!
Cooked to perfection and with a beautiful dukkah I wasn't disappointed.
I topped the meal off with a fabulous cheese platter beautifully presented.
This place definitely lived up to its reputation. Of course coming here I had to try the steak - I usually prefer other cuts to rump but this one was absolutely cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms on the side were delicious. Dessert, I took a risk and tried the coconut brulee (not being a big fan of coconut); it was still fairly good so I'm guessing if you're a coconut fan it'd be spot on. I also managed to share the last of a chocolate fondant, however, which was infinitely more to my taste! Presentation & service also spot on, we'll definitely be back again!
I visited Cha Cha Char recently with a big group and found the service and food to be 5/5. I was lucky enough to try the snapper and the rump for main - both exceptionally cooked. For dessert, I sampled the chocolate fondant (omg!) and a cheese platter to finish. Safe to say I left feeling over the moon. Definitely put Cha Cha Char on the list if you haven't been there. One of the best fine dining restaurants in Brisbane.
