honestly the WORST experience of my life! The nicest part was the emergency area (the staff were kind from the desk to the bed I wont fault them even though my husband was in agony!) The ward on level 4 is disgusting! The staff were appalling! and their opinion of their management was thrown in our faces! I will never go there again.
The staff at the Allamanda Children's ward are so friendly and also professional. The facilities for parents to stay with their children are also very comfortable. The T.V. speakers are very hard to hear and need to be updated though. It would be good if they had internet facilities too.
