American Nails

I went today for a manicure. The girl did a very sloppy job but I was horrifyed by the lack of hygiene. She used a filthy implements tray with all nail tools covered with dead cuticles from previous clients.
When asked if they ever sterilize their implements between clients she didn't understand a word.
Not a place to recommend if you value your health!

I Never go to nail bars but had my toenails done in gel when overseas recently and needed it removed. I reluctantly came here and wasn't disappointed - I knew it would be awful ....
While they did the job, the place is dirty, a cockroach ran out from under a nail bar trolley and they just stomped on it and left it squished on the floor for everyone else to walk over, they picked up the dirty PRE-used towel on the floor by my seat and used that for me - I did see they generally put clean towels out for most other chairs after people left tho - the girls can barely speak English, if at all and all were sullen and miserable. I asked for a receipt (paid cash) and the woman was really put out. How they get away with running such a dirty operation with only Chinese staff amazes me.

Have been back a couple of times to their new store at Robina, and I wont be back. One woman did my infill so badly that when another staff member saw it was so embarrassed they offered to fix it on the spot.... An hour and a half later, I was sooo ready to leave! There's a better experience and friendlier staff at the Glamour Nails store.

Very rushed yet the longest wait I've ever had

Walked out and noticed my thumb had not been finished

2 days later my shellec polish is peeling I'm back in brisbane so driving down there again is not an option





Will NEVER go back here again and I suggest no one else goes here either..

Worst nail experience. I left with bubbled, half painted nails and I still had to pay. Very very un happy!!!!



Because they do not say no to anyone I had three different people working on my nails, which resulted in the poor service.



Highly recommend finding somewhere else!
