I had a right fixed here and it took over a month and a half when Suzzie said it would only take about a week. Suzzie is incredibly rude and the job wasn’t even very good. Testable customer service and I would never recommend this place

I asked for a quote for my wedding ring - two tiny diamonds had fallen out and needed to be replaced. Suzzie gave me a quote for over $1,400. The ring is worth less than that. I ended up getting it repaired at Michael Hill for $200. I felt like the quote was opportunistic and it made me feel sick that they would think they could rip someone off like that.
