We are currently in the middle of renovations and Andrews Air-Conditioning have just completed installing our new air-conditioning unit. What a great business, they have been very accommodating around shift work and our renovation schedule. The team are great, very respectful, well-mannered, clean and tidy. Russell’s advice & vast knowledge has been invaluable through this process. Russell, Kim & Isaac should be very proud of this long-standing local, family business and we thoroughly recommend them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our airconditioning unit was under warranty and so our job was allocated to this provider. All contact from beginning to end had to be initiated by us. Failed to attend organised appointments for 3 days in a row without notifying us. The last day they were completely unreachable. When I finally spoke to them to enquire about their absence they hung up on me without good reason. Our interaction with this company was so disrespectful that I demanded our job be reallocated to another company. I would suggest avoiding this company and giving your business to someone who will value it.
