Antenna IQ

Andrew installed a new antenna at our place 11 years ago, and it's still going strong!
I had a cabling problem though, and Andrew came on short notice to sort it all out. Friendly and competent service, reasonable charge, what more could you want? Highly recommended!

Andrew is polite, punctual, very professional and talked us through the pros and cons of the various options available to fix our reception problem in Rosebud. He did not push the most expensive option and we felt Andrew really wanted to help us out. Definitely not a tradie that's only interested in taking as much cash from you as possible; very trustworthy. We would recommend him to anyone with any kind of tv issue. Not only did he fix our reception but he then fixed a multitude of tv settings as well as our Telstra tv box. What a guy!

Andrew was absolutely fantastic. He arrived within a couple of hours and had everything fixed and working within an hour.
I couldn't believe my luck. Not only did he fix my antenna problems but he also had my theatre system up and working as well as another TV that hadn't been working properly for months. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone needing assistance with their reception problems. I rang Andrew today around 10am he arrived within a couple of hours and solved all our problems. Fantastic service and we now have great reception. Thankyou Andrew so much.

Andrew attended our home on Saturday (early) at short notice having contacted him on Friday afternoon. We had earlier tried to contact x2 other antenna services neither of which had the decency to return our calls! He was immediately helpfull & appeared to know what he was talking about & dealing with. Andrew was thorough in his investigatation as to why we had a poor reception & were having difficulties with our reception. We were aware of our options & although may have needed a booster he did not try to put the hard sell on this. He spent x2 hours plus instsalling the equipment & afterwards took his time to give me some advise on the onkyo surround system. The TV reception is not perfect in all rooms (touch wood!) & would fully recommend his service/s.
