I would not advise any of my family or friends to come to this shop. They have taken unauthorised money for so called "consultancy" fees that were never discussed or agreed upon. The staff twist and manipulate for their own gain. The sales assistant was pushy and had a high opinion of herself. Tax invoice or receipt were not issued to me. This store is unethical. I would advise anyone to stay clear of shopping here.
I shopped at this store yesterday . Never been there before - saw the SALE sign and thought I would drop in. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for something particuar.. I said I was just sticky beaking and was left alone for a while to peruse lots of wonderful racks of interesting peices. The staff member was very attentive and helped me find more peices that may suit me ..... I actually like having someone who can help me put outfits together ...... once I am comfortable and trust them .....if not I WILL WALK OUT ..I rejected some ideas without reproach .I had a wonderful experience and will go back whenever I have an evemt to go to or just to top upi my wardrobe ... Thanks
I purchased a pair of boots for $389 from a Euro Collections store, with the expectation they would be worn for a number of seasons. When the heel fell off during the second season of wear i returned them to the store with the expectation of an exchange or some form of compensation. I was accused of wear and tear on the boots which were still in very good condition apart from the missing heel. I work in a carpeted office! i was forced to contact Consumer Affairs and only after this the owner of the store reluctantly refunded me $23.50 to have the boots repaired. I will not enter this shop again, and advise others not to either. Very poor service.
On 12th December I purchased some summer sandals from Euro Mount Eliza. The following day the strap split in two. On the 14th December I returned the sandals which I had never worn and asked for a refund. I could not believe the attitude and rudeness from the same lady who was very a different person when making a sale 3 days earlier. She flatly refused to refund and said she was going to get them repaired. I explained that I was not happy and politely asked for a refund. She would not listen and said she would let me know when they were ready to collect. I was so upset with the way I was being treated and said I would not be her customer again. Her response very smugly " oh you don't have to worry I have thousands of customers". When I went back for the sandals the repair was a joke. Glue still wet and the strap came apart again. A different assistant agreed that she would not be happy with sandals and felt a refund was justified. I cannot tell you how many ...read more
I have shopped here for years now, I don't understand the bad reviews- here is my view :
When I first went in to this shop it kind of reminded me of an opp shop and I didn't really find anything - I was told by my beautifully dressed friends (early 30's) you have to get help from the ladies in there , they know their stock very well and quickly work out what you are after and what suits you.
So on my next visit and many visits there after I have the best wardrobe and the prices are variable from cheap to expensive.
The clothes are ageless I have bought my friends in w 20 year old daughters and they are blown away by the clothes but prob out of their price range as most spend $20 on a ...read more
I had a very similar experience very recently at another of the Euro Collection stores. Very rude, disrespectful of customers and very poor business practice with regards to exchange and refunds. They need to have a good look at consumer rights and store owner responsibilities.
