Apple Store

I love walking into this store, the staff are always so happy to help. I am a loyal Apple customer and when I enter this store it only confirms one of the reasons why. They dont keep you waiting and are so full of helpful knowledge, any time I am in the city I stop on in just to say hi! ;-)

The Apple watches look pretty cool I must say but a bit too pricey for me at the moment. I did come into purchase a watch band as a Christmas gift though and the staff member who came to my assistance was very friendly and helpful. Knew a lot about the watch himself and the band that I was looking at because he too had one. Very good customer service.

I have been needing a new charger cable and decided to pop into the Apple store during my lunch break. I didn't realize they sold other non-branded charger cables so asked one of the staff members walking around as to why as I thought Apple pretty much only sell Apple products. He advised that they had been tried and tested and for some reason Apple allowed it as another option. The other style cables were like a farbic type that came in different colors and I ended up buying one of them and have had no issues so far. Happy with my purchase from Apple.

Apple has their fair share of haters, but here's what's to like about this store. Free speedy wi-fi (for everyone - not just customers, and not just for Apple devices)? Check! Masses of Apple products just waiting to be played and fiddled with including installing apps on them and playing around? Check! Generous staffing numbers who actually know their product? Check! A 'Genius bar' where you can take any Apple product no matter how old and get help with it? Check! Classes on how to use Apple products? Check! Really I can't see what else they could do - apart from making their products a bit cheaper so the rest of us could afford it. But I've spent more than my fair share of hours here, and will continue to do so...#reviewtowin
