The best service around Perth! Aquatic Leisure Technologies were amazing when installing our pool. They further went to landscape our whole backyard. The team did an excellent job and really went that extra mile to make everything perfect. We could not have asked for a better experiernce!
****WARNING**** deal with this pool company at your own risk!! My pool was four years old when the plaster started to deteriorate. (Was instyle when built, now aquatic technologies). Their answer was simple...not our problem as out of warranty! This pool cost 38k to install and will cost 15k to fix. Currently going through the building comission to resolve. Extremely poor customer service. There is a reason there are no positive reviews.
Aquatic leisure Technologies is a nightmare to work with. The sales persons are great but the moment you have to deal with Aquatic leisure Technologies your problems start. Unfortunately for customers they have the monopoly in the pool industry! They do not communicate properly, do not want to listen to your complaints and worst of all make you pay for their mistakes. Do they have an idea of what professionalism means and do they have a customer relation service?
Agreed. Company stuffed us around like no tomorrow, charged us still, what a mess.
No changes, Just had pool installed last week and things are still the same. Wish we had done some more research prior to buying
I didn't have any problems with this company when my pool was installed recently. Working with trades usually has some challenges but we didn't have any major issues and were happy overall with the process. More importantly the kids love it so no complaints from me.
