My name is Eva Ardstrom. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in nutrition and natural health.

I have many years of experience working with people in many different ways and settings. I have always been compassionate about people and this has led to a life long commitment to study, learn and discover different dimensions of the human change process. This commitment includes my own journey of self discovery.

My aim is to assist people on their journey towards self discovery and where applicable towards change.

My qualifications are:
- Masters in Applied Psychotherapy at UTS
- Postgraduate Diploma Counselling and Psychotherapy, Jansen Newman Institute
- Bachelor degree in Natural Medicine from Southern Cross University
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioners certificate from Australian College of Traditional Medicine
- Diploma in Nutrition from Nature Care College
- Councelling Certificate from Nature Care Collerge
- Aromatherapy and counselling, Tisserand Institute London
