Ash Moseley Homes

I recommend that you not use Ash Moseley Homes. My husband and I spent a lot of money having Ash Moseley Homes build our house. The earthworks were hourly, and Ash Moseley Homes overbilled us over $16K including for equipment that was not even on site; for rates significantly highe; for down time; and for workers driving time from their depot. We had to take Ash Moseley Homes to QCAT to get them to finish the job. We have no current case in front of the courts. Now they will not fix the numerous defects, even after the Building Service Authority inspected it and asked them to fix some of them. Poor attention to detail! Absolutely not recommended.
