Terrrible mechanics, charged us a fortune and didn't even fix the brakes!! Had to get it repaired again. Would not recommend!!
herfy92 what was done to your brakes as you have not complained to us it is very difficult to fix.what had to be done to repair brakes.
Went in to get my clutch replaced and being a clutch specialist I thought it would be great but found out it was very much the opposite, I delt with an older guy who was really rude and blunt, no customer quality say all, they stuffed the clutch replacement up by not putting the sump plug back in so the oil leaked out and ruined my under engine guard, I rang and told them about it which they said to bring it back but I explained to them that there was no oil in the car so I couldn't drive it so they had to get a tow truck in to get it back there which made the guy really angry and after that he was really rude and said that it was fine when it left the shop which it clearly wasn't, I also asked if they could clean the engine guard they had destroyed so instead of doing that they ripped the insulation off of it and hosed it down and bolted it back on so I couldn't take it off, I've had nothing but trouble with the car since then and spent nearly a thousand dollars trying to ...read more
cb1995 if we replace the clutch we remove the gear box and don't touch the engine sump plug.so i don,t know how we left the sump plug out and if there was no sump plug in engine why would we have touched your oil filter if there was no sump plug in car.air filter in not touched or removed when removong a gear box unless front wheel and you have not indicated who you are or what sort of car you have
I took a trailer in to these guys for road worthy was told on phone it would cost $38, was meet by a young guy he was very plesent to deal with, but a guy come out no smile very rude not a customer friendly guy he seemed upset he couldn't pick trailer for any problems but when it came to electric breaks which we didn't have the fitting in the car we took trailer in with he seem upset that he had too get his little machine out to test them and told us bluntly you are paying me for doing it or we not passing it.. It took him 5 second to test than it was over. Trailer passed easy when it come to pay he charged $70. I would avoid this place but his staff under him were great to deal with.. What I could understand was he was upset because he makes no money on the RWS, but come on mate don't take it out on your customers because they the ones who keep your business going
