I rented a truck in January 2014 from Atlas. In mid July 2014 I received a letter from civic compliance stating I had not paid the toll fines. They were now 15 times the original amount. I called Atlas and asked why I was not sent this earlier. No one knew the answer! I ask to talk to the management. Management answers my call. I got a quarter way through and they stopped me pretty much told me to f**k off and not call back. Horrible customer service that you wouldn't expect from a so called professional company. Hire at your own risk. My truck.ended up costing 3 times the amount. Arrogant people.
