Australia Post we know to have the longest wait time any given time of the day or week. I understand it is busy for staff doing repetitive things. Deer Park Aussie Post i have waited long enough in queue to witness staff getting cranky at customers and customers getting cranky at staff. When it comes to elderly customers the staff dont seem to have the patience for them and seem very direct and short with replies, not very detailed and sometimes elderly people need the detailed explanation for security. Another occasion a customer was yelling at the staff because the staff was not helpful. The customer stormed out of the store. So just being a witness of these experiences i can see that the level of service at Deer Park Aussie Post is slightly under compared to others but at the end of the day everyone needs a Aussie Post and people will still go to their nearest regardless of the bad service or not.
