Disgraceful service from the blonde lady manager who was rude to my friend and doesn't appreciate the fact that her mostly empty restaurant needs groups of 12 like us, who have been repeat customers many times over. Even after reserving a table and booking our particular dishes 5 days ahead of time (as she suggested the last time we came, when they had all their favourite dishes unavailable due to organizational ordering issues), we still got served the wrong dishes and were individually told on a few occasions tonight in a rude attitude type manner, that it's not their problem but ours. Disgusting. We will never be back and I will spread the bad news for sure.

I totally disagree with your slanderous comment about this restaurant! I am a regular customer who always has our large birthday bookings and fathers day there and have never had an issue with food orders or the staff being rude, The "Blonde lady" is always very polite and friendly to deal with. Due to the fact that I and other friends who are regulars have never experienced any issues it shows that you obviously are angry at other things and are taking it out by slandering a business which is totally uncalled for.
