Completely negative experience. We leased a property from this agency and they never actioned any necessary repairs which caused damage to our own personal property. Upon moving out, the agent clearly attempted to charge us damages which were already existent, we disputed them yet he still managed to put some through without providing a copy of the conditions report, making us pay for some lamp shades which were not even there when we moved in and clearly stated in the conditions report which he failed to supply. This is the worst experience I have had, dealing with any property agency. Having to chase up everything as the agent would take up to over a week to respond to emails at least and not answer phone calls. If possible I would strongly advise going with a different agency .

It's been a pleasure dealing with the team at Babingtons, most especially David who helped secured our dream home in Annandale.
