I did not read the other people comment about how bad the service is! but i guess now i understand how they feel. i called in just now and spoke to the person over the phone i dont know who the lady is wether she the owner or the staff working there..but the way she answer my question is was so rude and hash over the phone i just feel like hanging up already but then i didnt want to be rude and hang on people while they are still talking.
PS. i was going to book in but now i prefer booking somewhere else..your service is awful.
Worst customer service ever experienced. My credit card details were obtained on the 4th of December to secure the room for Saturday the 12th December. When I arrived to check in was advised by the rude owner they were full and she questioned what I was even doing there. The owner denied ever speaking with myself and that I must have phoned Ballarat instead. I could not believe the attitude of this woman and the disorganisation of customers personal information with paperwork everywhere. Do yourself a favour and book at the local pub or caravan park instead. The service is better and the prices more reasonable. This so called business treats people appallingly because according to the owner "they don't need the business"being the only motel in the area. I am uploading the call record as proof that I phoned on the 4th of December and also that the owner clearly has lost her marbles and should be in a nursing home not running a business.
