We were recommended Banksia Arborcare from friends who's family had been using them for years. They recommended Banksia to us after we told them of the horror story of the last company we used. They told how Chris and his boys would take care of us and we would have nothing to worry about. Which is exactly what happened. They made a difficult job look easy, plus it was fascinating to watch them work. They did the job without breaking anything and left our yard spotless. Plus Chris's knowledge on trees and plants was astounding. 10 out of 10.

We accepted a quote given by Chris to get a tree prunned and booked him to do the job. After waiting for several hours on 3/11/16, we got a call from Chris who said he needed to cancel. We then made another booking for 9/11/16. Despite several attempts to contact him (phone, SMS, email), Chris never turned up and never explained why he didn't. Totally unreliable.
Hired Chris & team to remove ~20 Strelitzias from our property.
Strelitzia's are a pain to deal with and Chris got the job done, thanks.
On the negative side they last-minute rescheduled twice, left track marks all over the front porch from the stump grinder, and left some of the trickier stumps without grinding all the way down.
Overall good and i'd use them again in a pinch, but not great.
We are truly sorry you were not completely satisfied with our services. Having to reschedule due to weather, sick staff, etc can be a headache for most trades unfortunately. If the trickier stumps are still there, feel free to give me a call to see if we can get them done. Im sure we would of explained the limitations of where we can get the grinder given its size.
We engaged Chris and his team this week to remove 2 large conifers near our pool. They were quick, efficient and did a really professional, tidy job given the tricky, messy task at hand. They were also well priced compared to others. The whole team were great and we highly recommend them and will use them in the future without question for any tree removal.
Very professional service, excellent work and less expensive than some unqualified "man and a chainsaw" competitors.
We required selective trimming to rejuvenate a sick tree, the shaping and trimming of another large tree to remove foliage growing over the roof and complete removal of two small trees. Chris and his team are polite, happy to discuss any concerns or options and cleaned up well after the job was completed. My wife and I unreservedly recommend this company to anyone requiring arborial services.
