The staff at Barwon Health are truly amazing and caring people.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Geelong Hospital. The care given to my 9 month old son last year was fantastic. Nothing was too hard for them and they gave the best care possible with compassion to match.

The staff at the hospital particularly casualty do an amazing job.. but they still have to remember that people are human. Sometimes the staff can be abrupt and forget that people are upset and stressed about why they are at hospital.. a little bit of empathy rather than condescending words would go a long way!
