I love this place!
I have been coming here for years now and besides recieving the best eyelash extensions in Australia, I have had my eyebrows tattooed , lips corrected from a bad tattoo job done from from someone else and have also had my eyeliner done too.
It looks amazing and everybody comments on how good it looks.
All staff are lovely and accomodating, friendly and professional.
Prices are also fabulous, and there is no pushy upsell whilst you are trying to have a treatment, you can relax and not have to deal with over enthusiastic ...read more
Got my Eyebrows tattooed and my eyelashes extensions done here. Absolutely love my new eyebrows. they look so natural and real.
the eyelashes were amazing. the best in sydney. I was recommended from a friend and this place is well known to be the best in the shire. Clients are treated like real people not a number. staff are friendly and they take pride in their work. I wasnt rushed in and pumped out like a high production service.
Highly recommend this place and ask anyone in the shire they will tell you its the best place for eyelash extensions
Completely appalling. I'll never waste my time or money there again. Reasons:
1. it took over two hours to get shellac and eyelash extensions even tho I booked way in advance. ...read more
1. client was told 100% mink lashes would take over an hour and full shellac manicure with removal 30mins. she was ok with this at time of booking. they were definitely 100% mink.
2. staff member just got over the flu and did wash hands but client was lying down with her eyes closed so didnt see.
3. we reline our pillows with paper after every client. naturally our bins fill up quickly once the pillow liners are disposed off. the bins are not filled with rubbish or food scraps etc. Staff will empty the bins when they are full unless of course we are too busy in which case they will get emptied at the first possible chance when its not busy.
4. the party was for a client who came in to do her nails and wanted a beauty pamper party for her wedding party which we were to provide nail services for. we try to accommodate all our clients and sometimes we have to juggle between clients. we apologise if this affected your experience with us.
In response to your explanation as to why I had the worst "beauty" experience ever, and assuming your numbering above:
1. Totally not true. I was not told it would take two hours. IT had never took that long at other places.
2. my eyes were closed but I'm not deaf. You never walked away and you definitely never washed your hands.
3. It wasnt just the fact that your bins were full. The place looked dirty and "bottom end". and how could you say you guys were too busy to empty the bins? I was your only client!
4. I don't care what and whom the party was for. I was not there to hear you guys discuss what you had brought or you were getting. It's highly unprofessional. I'm just giving you a tip, if you want to grow a business, treat your business environment and clients with respect.
