I have to agree with some reviewers below.

They do sell great products. However, their customer service was terrible.

Very rude and didn't help any customers within the store while I was there.

I had a terrible experience with both the store and their management. and the product...

i bought a soap dispenser and only after 3 weeks of use, its bottom got rusty and stained my sink.

at first they didn't want to accept it as i didn't have a receipt (who keeps a receipt of a soap dispenser) , and then the seller told me that it can't be rust, and wiped it off.

After i insisted it was indeed rust, they moved the item to the regional management, and then they called me, and said it is clean and has no stains (as the seller wiped cleaned it) and claimed that it can't be rust.

I just gave up that product as i don't want it to stain my sink again...

Bed Bath N Table has some lovely items. It is a shame about their customer service! My first experience at BB&T was unpleasant. One of the staff acted slightly disdainful when I approached her with my purchase (A soap dish reduced to a few dollars). As she was typing the items price in I noticed she peeled off the $3 price tag. After I paid I realised I was over-charged by $1.50, a small amount and not too big of a deal. However, when I politely alerted the shop assistant about the small price discrepancy she told me she could not understand what I was talking about. After making me unwrap the item she further humiliated me by raising her eyebrows and saying loudly 'We're talking about $1.50 here right?' in front of other customers. I was not refunded the $1.50 as she told me all the soap dishes had been 'incorrectly priced.' A pleasant surprise. I'm not much of a home-maker, so it wasn't my comfort zone, but after upgrading beds, I found myself in need of a complete new sheet set. Their range and quality was much better than the larger department chains I checked out (perhaps, not surprising), however I was blown away with the dramatic difference in price, making BB&T a far more affordable option than even Target and Big W. The other stand out was prompt and friendly service, and they were even happy to help me well beyond closing time. Next time I won't bother shopping around.
