Was messed around by another company for 2 months. Needed a Queen mattress and base urgently for my sister coming from London. Bedsonline told me what they had in stock and they delivered to me in Hornsby the next day (was a bit later than they said as they arrived at 7pm, but I suppose I didn't give much notice). Will be back to replace my bed pretty soon and have told all my friends. Super Service!!!!!!!!!
Lots of good reviews are highly suspicious towards bedsonline. 12 days after I paid the money no news about delivery. It's a pain when you choose a wrong company to buy things. Not trustworthy. They may use customers' money to earn interest. Need to report to fairtrading soon. I need my money back!
I'm pretty happy with the customer service here, only hiccup being that when I did do my online order there was no email sent to confirm! That was rectified the next day. Went in on the weekend to test that the mattress I had ordered was what I wanted, and I decided to change it, and this was possible as not much time had passed. That was a relief.
Lots of beheads and bed bases and of course mattresses. Other times too, as this branch has I think gobbled up or purchased Dare furniture, which was always nice. Thanks Steve at Rose Bay, good job.
I have serious concerns with bedsonline.com.au. Is it a legitimate business or a scam? I don't understand how bedsonline.com.au can be a Google Trusted Store.
I placed an order for 4 throw rugs and 8 cushions totalling over $900 on Sunday 25 June 2016. I had not heard from the bedsonline.com and phoned them directly on Saturday 9 July (14 days after I placed the order) to follow up.
