Cannot fault this dental practice!! Absolutely blown away by the professionalism of th staff and the care and understanding they showed me. I came in crying and left at the end of my appointments smiling, happy and even gave Dr John a hug LOL. I cannot thank him enough.... ive already booked my kids in :) From, one happy patient :)
Fine when your teeth are in good condition but in over his head if your teeth are not great. He drilled/grinded away my wife's teeth and left her in agony, promising a "pain-free weekend", even though she had been in pain since previous visit 3 weeks ago. Ask serious questions before you let them loose on your teeth.
I absolutely do not recommend this dentist to anyone, the staff that works there is so rough whilst cleaning teeth, splattered water everywhere and my whole face was wet, very unpleasant, ended up getting all my make-up wiped off with my spit and water which was so disgusting! when they were looking at a cavity the doctor was resting his hand on my eye. I have called twice to complain and they avoid me as much as possible, they seem like they want to get you off of the phone quick if you have a complaint, never EVER going there again. Their customer service SUCKS!
My Dentist that i go to a dental centre is certainly better than that.
Next time u come to perth give him a try
