My cocker spaniels are special high needs princesses. They have special diets and extra medication. The staff at Beenleigh Pet Motel provided excellent care. My kids love it there and love all the extra special attention. I highly recommend the grooming also! Great experience with all different breed cuts!
Being the proud owners of 2 pure bred Shar Pei and 1 fostered Pei, we had to go interstate and placed our fur babies with Vicki and crew. Shar Pei do not cope with pens or strangers at all so we were very concerned at how they would go for the 5 days we were away. Full credit to the staff of Beenleigh Pet Motel as our fur babies were so relaxed and well cared for. It is definitely the personal touch that separates this business to all others. Can't recommend high enough. Again, thank you Vicki for the excellent care of our babies.
I had used The Beenleigh Pet Motel for a number of years until the time that the management was away and other person was left in charge. My dogs normally hear me arrive and bark until released but to my horror the last time I used them (drove from The Gap); they were so focused on the staff- that they didn't even notice me standing beside them.I gave that staff a good telling off and demanded a refund immediately. Another annoying issue on that occasion is that one of my dogs had been to a dermatologist $700 consult and was on a special elimination diet. I provided an esky loaded with the diet- that information was imparted during the so called 'History and Care Plan'formulation.To my dismay -I checked the contents upon arrival to collect my dogs to find that they had fed the sick dog the kennels cheap ...read more
Giving a bad rating for the incorrect food being used I agree with, but beingas because your dogs didnt care that you were home? That's got nothing to do with them, your dogs just didnt feel like c******* themselves with excitement for once.
My little man has stayed with Beenleigh pet motel a few times. Vicki and the Staff i are wonderful. My dog has a difficult diet which they handle with ease. I would recommend Beenleigh pet motel to anyone. My little pooch is always so happy when he pulls into their drive way, they do a wonderful job. Price wise, very affordable.
My 3 cats stayed here for a week recently and they were all very well taken care of. They loved the deluxe unit and being able to look outside and see what was going on.
They have very reasonable rates and the room was clean and had lots of things to do and see. Highly recommended for your fury babies :)
