Great flowers which is why we purchase there. However, we go prepared for staff who are consistently unfriendly and reluctant to assist.

I visited Newcastle today and I was looking for buying some flowers for Mother's Day, I found @belfloraflowermarket they gave us a wonderful friendly and charming service. You could find anything you like with a reasonable price. The shop was well organised and all the girls full of life and smile.

Received flowers this week this time they were fresh and beautiful

Why three stars? My husband organised Valentines Day flowers to be delivered weeks ago therefore not a last minute dash for whatever was leftover.

Most of the flowers were lovely however a couple were bent and bruised and I even received a flower without any petals.

I did emailed Belflora on the day with a photo of the flower without any petals. I haven't even received a response, nothing not even some form explainable reason to why or apology.

Such a shame they don't care about their service.
