Bendigo Washing Machine Service

Have been waiting since December 2008 for correct part to be provided for my Dishwasher. BWMS initially supplied incorrect part (would not fit machine) and would not take responsibility for being incorrect part. They could not advise other than to say "that's what they sent me".

Would not refund money.

December 2009 said part was ready to be picked up at their Laundromat but when I arrived I was told that they needed it for their own machine and I could not have it.

Was later promised partial refund then offer was withdrawn.

Was then promised 5 weeks ago that new board would be posted, then again 3 weeks ago, still waiting.

Found this company to be evasive, would not return calls, very "unusual" and in my opinion deplorable way of doing business.

Will never deal with this company again except through consumer affairs and VCAT which I am now pursuing.

Only deals in cash on the spot, overcharges in my opinion and does not provide written quotes. Would not recommend this service.
