I took my sewing machine here for a service $120 it only took a week and I am very pleased with the way it is now working, my husband was with me and we both felt that the customer service could be improved - very unfriendly! which we did not feel encouraged us to return we also for our $120 felt that some explanation of the work that had been done would have been great : )
very disappointing my wife took her machine in for a service which took 3 weeks
when we eventually got it back the light no longer worked and it would only stitch for about 100mm before braking the cotton so I took it back stupidly expecting some sort of good service but after another week of waiting I phoned up to be told that there service
technician was busy with other work but to phone again next week when it may be done
I WILL PHONE NEXT WEEK AND POST THE RESULTS
