Berry Jetz Cafe

this was literally one of the worst meals I have ever been served. I ordered d the beef nachos which, when they finally came out comprised of stale nachos, very unappealing beef in huge amount of oil. The attitude of the staff was as bad as the "food".

Unfortunately I just had breakfast here with my girlfriends. The coffee was terrible and the food very average. Definitely by-pass this one.

Coffee was great but did not make up for the experience. We were told we couldn't order breakfast from the menu, even though their website clearly says "all day breakfast". Unfortunately we decided to order something else...most alternative mix and match of ingredients i have even seen on something as simple as a vegie burger.

Don't bother with this place! I stopped here on my way through to grab coffee and raisin toast as unfortunately it was the only place open. I should have known it wasn't going to be good as whilst I was waiting the 15mins it took to get my order Anyway the coffee was lower than average and the raisin toast disgusting - I only took one bite and then threw it in the bin. For $9.80 I expected something half decent especially when they have Berry Bakery around the corner who do great sourdough and fruit loaf, but instead I got some thick doughy supermarket raisin toast with cheap margarine slapped on top - It was very sub standard.

Worst cafe I have EVER been to! The staff were extremely rude. I asked for the watermelon, apple and raspberry juice, without raspberries only to be told I couldn't order that as it uses too much watermelon, so I asked for the juice with pineapple instead only to be told again that I wasn't allowed to order that. I was so angry after that I walked in, cancelled our order and went to another place down the road that was a quarter of the price and with a customer service they can be proud of. Jetz Cafe - you need to fix up your act or you will be out of business VERY SOON! I will be telling EVERYONE I know to stay away from your premises!!!!!!!!!!
