We needed our large living room rug professionally cleaned after a minor wine spill. Best 1 was recommended by a friend, and I'm glad we called them. The technician, Mark, arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the rug and explained the cleaning process clearly. The cleaning itself was done quite quickly and efficiently, and they even offered to deodorize the rug at no extra charge. We were very impressed with the results! The only minor thing to note is they don't offer any stain protection after cleaning, which might be something to consider adding as an option.
We hired them for both rug cleaning and pest control. Joseph handled the job professionally, ensuring thorough cleaning and pest eradication. The rugs felt clean and fresh, though one corner was slightly damp. The pest control was effective, as we've seen no pests since. The value was good for the comprehensive service received.

Recently availed the Stain Removal service from Best 1 Cleaning and Pest Control. The technician, David, was prompt and attentive to detail. Most of the stains were successfully removed, but a couple of stubborn ones remained visible. Despite this minor setback, the overall service quality was commendable, and the pricing was fair. Would recommend them for their efficient service, but suggest they pay extra attention to stubborn stains for complete customer satisfaction.
