Inspire Education unfortunately take a very long time to mark assignments. It is also very difficult to book in a time to talk to a trainer for a couple of minutes as their booking website is usually down or every 15 minute booking slot is booked weeks ahead.
I found it very difficult to complete my certificate with them.
This is hands down the single worst experience I have had in my life paying for education/learning.
- Excessive & unnessecary courseload, presumably for Inspire to cover themselves with a blanket approach
- Extreme lack of support in my personal experience
- Dated portal laggy in my experience
- After informing inspire I would like to resolve amicably or if they were not willing then I would make my experience public they have ignored my emails.
WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME, should have kept looking! Much cheaper courses available elsewhere I have since seen and with an infinitely better support network and course materials
Inspire Education is a low cost alternative to other RTO's. Due to the significantly lower costs (in some cases courses are more then half the cost that other RTO's charge) the onus is on the student to ensure they stay motivated and complete the course. Inspire Education's timeframes for marking assignments and responding to queries would be considered excessive when compared to others, however you get what you pay for. With a little bit of discipline and self motivation finishing a course with Inspire Education is definitely possible.

Since a lot of our courses are self-paced, it's certainly important for students to be disciplined and focused on their goals so they stay motivated throughout their courses.
