Keep well away! We went into the Brookvale showroom, asked for pricing on a 3 Panel stacker door, a security screen for it and a separate double-hung window. We specced it right down to the finest details and it all verbally amounted to $8,500.
They then emailed us quote of over $11,000! I asked THREE TIMES via email for a breakdown of that price, because I believed it was incorrect. I finally got an answer from someone called Tiffany saying, "The quote is unable to be broken down as there are a lot of aspects to the quote. "
Huh? You be the judge...
Apologies for your negative experience. We have reviewed procedures and are now more than happy to provide a break-down when requested.
We looked at three other companies before chooosing BetaView. After visiting the showroom we felt that the products were good quality, and there was always great communication from Craig the salesman. The installation was on time, the guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves, nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend BetaView.
