I would not recommend this company. After my work buying a new apple ipad it would turn off and be unresponsive. This was witnessed by multiple coworkers with the IT technician suggesting it was a hardware issue. This company not only said there was nothing wrong with it. After speaking to the manager, he was rude and even at one point laughed at me for wanting a new device. I was not informed that just for the assessment, it would cost $45 if nothing was found wrong with it even though it was under warranty. The worker even refused to release the Ipad unless I paid the money. Sad representation for Ipad - avoid at all costs!!
I brought my MacBook Pro into Beyond The Box with a damaged LCD after being told I would need to wait weeks to get a service appointment from Apple. So glad I did, I was greeted by friendly professional staff and reassured that it could be repaired under warranty. A replacement part was ordered and I had my MacBook Pro back as good as new in just a few days. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process from start to end. Working in customer service for an airline myself, I was blown away by the flawless experience and I can’t thank Beyond The Box enough. Highly recommended!
After having a thermal event (battery went poof) with an old laptop pre 2010 (I think) I needed to purchase a new system. As I was setting up a totally new system I had a few issues. It didn't work and I didn't know where I had gone wrong. Josh from the support group was amazing. Understood my frustrations, worked out a way to go forward, answered all my emails promptly, just not the one at 11pm at night, reasonable. Dropped the system back to Beyond the Box, went to a meeting and when I got back, Josh put it all together and showed me exactly how to get it to work. Helped me carry it all back to the car and I was armed with enough information to proceed by myself. Great Great service.
The team at Beyond the Box are very friendly and helpful. I am not a very technical person but the way the technicians explain the issue with my laptop had helped me to understand my device better. Not only did they fix my issue but they have also taught me a lot about the device I am using. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always happy to help me. If you are looking for a premium service, I recommend Beyond the Box.
