Carla does fantastic work and is always so patient with my dog, Noodle. I love the fun, creative suggestions for styling his hair. I must say the communication is great. Carla is always so flexible about booking times and the pre-appointment reminder text is very much appreciated. If you're looking for a grooming superstar, Carla is it!
I have been using Carla for over a year now & I just want to say that her service is fantastic. She takes such good care of our labradoodle Charlie. He always comes out smelling beautiful & the groom lasts for at least 6 weeks. Carla is always friendly & welcoming! Couldn't ask for better service! Will always recommend to friends & family!
I have been using Big Paws Little Paws for almost 3 years now. I have never had such welcoming and great service from anyone, she always greats you with a huge smile and friendly face. Carla is simply amazing and will go out of her way to accommodate you and your dogs needs. I have two furry dogs that get totally pampered by Carla. They love her to death and she loves them just as much I do! I can't rave enough about Carla and her business. If you want a welcoming, lovely, knowledgable dog clipper at great prices, then Big paws, little paws is the place to call. I had the dogs clipped once just before a milestone birthday party, she popped a bow tie on the dogs to make them look real smart for my birthday, totally at her cost, because this is the service she provides. I always look forward to the next time the dogs need clipping. Thanks Carla for the professional services you have offered to me and my dogs though out the years. Keep up the great work!!
DISGUGTED!
Booked in 3 dogs for 8am, after coming home from work at 4am and waited for an hour. Waited for them and they didnt even bother to show!! UNPROFFESSIONAL to say the least! If you can't keep up with your appointments then maybe scale back your business big paws little paws because your clearly have some unsatified and annoyed customers. Such a disgrace don't bother wasting your time making a booking!

My German Shepherd, Storm, male, 3 year old, with a shaggy coat, has been getting groomed by Carla for a couple of years now. Rain, hail, or shine, Carla is there every fortnight Saturday morning! I live a fair way out from Tarneit, yet it is never a bother for Carla to drive to my home. She is so wonderful and caring and always accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things "animals". She has even helped me with obedience training with my once "disobedient" Storm (my baby). I love Storm so much, and yes, he is like my baby, and I completely trust Carla with him. In fact, Storm absolutely adores Carla. Each fortnight, on the Saturday morning, he starts to check the back gate for Carla's arrival, and excitedly runs around with joy, after I say, "Carla's coming"!
