IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD...

This practice refused to issue me a script for a single box for dosage (having no repeats) for a serious ongoing medical concern I have had for years, though the last one was 12 months ago. The doctors said a script was issued for a specific medication, when it was not, according to two different pharmacists I painstakingly went to within my pain/discomfort. When I went back to Westgate Medical Centre to ask for the correct script to enable the pharmacy to issue the correct medication, the practice refused saying it already issued it--falsifying/lying about what it had done. Disgusting wait times, poor customers service. I understand that timelines can blow out but the wait times are so unprofessional.

There is no consideration for the impact that longer then normal waits disrupt patients.

Awful experience, after years of seeing a variety of doctors, their wait times have become appauling. Don't expect to be seen for atleast over an hour - even if you have an appointment. Doctors obviously don't care, the receptionists tell you their time management is awful and they always keep people waiting. Walk-Ins get seen before you. Doctors never apologise for the wait even though they're always behind. It's just rude and inconsiderate which has made me never go back. If they can't do something as basic as manage their time, then how could i ever trust them to manage my health?

Living in Australia for more than 10 years now and having the worst experience from this medical centre. Was waiting there for 4 hours along with my sick wife & 7 years old son and the doctor left the medical centre before attending us. And the receptionist simply say "sorry" and ask us to come after one month. Absolutely disgusting. Never suggest anyone to go there. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

"VERY VERY POOR SERVICE"

My wife this morning had an appointment with Dr. Ata EQBAL and she waited for more than 50 minutes than her turn came.............

I also had an appointment with Dr. Zahur KHAN this morning, I came to get my test reports. I also wait for 1hr 10 min to see him to get my reports............Dr. was very rude as well........

Spoken with Practice Manager............either not very helpful..............asked me to lodge an official complaint...........

Clinic not even deserved 1 star...........Not recomended this clinic to anyone..............
