Absolutley disgraseful they scratched my furniture and denied it there cleaning was disgraceful and then when I terminated there services they returned my keys and remote broken. If they do not replace my remote immediatley I will be filing a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading at there cost and the services obedsman I am a disabelled person who cannot do my own cleaning they took advantage of me and thats just disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely SHOCKING service!

From the moment the cleaner arrived I could tell that they were in a hurry and wanted to leave as quickly as possible - which probably explains why they left their jacket behind (which we returned) and definitely explains why money was deducted from our bond because further cleaning had to be carried out at the property!

And then when I emailed them about it and they didn't even respond which sums up the fact that they are totally useless!

Extremely disappointed - I'm in the Real Estate industry and would never recommend their services to anyone.

Very poor service. I had to contact the company to have the cleaner return as the job was done to a low standard, and even after this, I needed to return to finish the job. This was for an end of lease clean, and at $250 for a house that was already in good condition, this was extremely disappointing.
