Scooter Car Wash

Pretty dodgy.. after "a wash" my car still had dirt spots so I ended up pointing it out to the dryer who proceeded to wipe the spots with the drying towel and a spray bottle. After getting home I had dirt marks everywhere

Better than Enviro. I've had a few bad experiences with Enviro which prompted me to try someone else.

carwash was ok, but jeez, learn how to make coffee and toast banana bread. It's not rocket science.

The carwash and vacuum was quite good but they used dirty,greasey clothes that left my windows streaky and they seem to leave a greasey film on the windows that was so bad that the next morning when I went to use the wipers to remove the dew the windscreen was greasey and it looked as though it was polish on the winsceen. I couldn't even drive off as it was so bad. So i hit it with windex and no good didn't remove it then I used full strength bars bug and that started to remove it but not all. The car wash really needs to replace their wash clothes more often. I really wonder if they are using their polish clothes to wipe the windows down. I usually wash my own cars but decided to get it clean to save time. Boy was I wrong, I have spent three mornings trying to remove the polish or grease from my windows and its not quite all off. I had my car washed and polished yesterday, with the inside also cleaned (apart from the boot, as I still had items inside). It took quite a long time, but they did a good job. I wasn't told it would take so long, and I was consequently running late for an appointment. My complaint is that on return to my car, I saw that my remote control key was broken off from the casing. I was not informed of this by staff, I discovered it myself. I pointed out that they had broken my key and I could not remove or turn it. A worker then taped it together with gaffer tape. I was in a hurry and had to leave for my appointment. Honda have quoted $448.25 for a replacement key, and my car will need to be booked in for 3 hours. There are no appointments available for some weeks, and I will have to arrange time off from work. When I rang the owner, he stated that if I bring in the key, he will replace the casing.
