BIOLYTIX Plumbing Solutions

I was unfortunate enough to have a dealing with this company. Extremely poor service. No terms on their website or invoices, just demands for payment even if a job isn’t completed. Was the work of a good standard. Definitely not. The “Technician” (If you’d call him that) who attended site didn’t even have the right tools to complete a basic annual service in accordance with the Biolytix manual which was made public after “Biolytix Australia” went into receivership. Not exactly sure if the report even made it to my local council. Was pushed to sign a contract for quarterly maintenance which is not required for Biolytix units. A barrage of emails demanding payment and threatening legal action if I didn’t pay immediately. Go elsewhere.

Had a failing Biolytix unit. These guys have a clean website you would think are associated with Biolytix. Unfortunately for me, I found out too late that they had no association with Biolytix. I paid $500 for them to "fix" my Biolytix unit. What they did was do irreversible damage to my Biolytix unit which resulted in me needing to pay for a full rebuild. What did I get for my $500? A piece of orange electrical rigid conduit hammered through all of the layers of geofabric causing irreversible damage to the unit. Confirmed with a real plumber AND Biolytix in NZ that what they did wasn’t approved and completely useless. The only fix, to spend a further $5000 to have it fully rebuilt. Don’t be led to these guys with their fancy website. They have no idea what they’re doing and will do anything to get a dollar out of you. Avoid like the plague.
