Amazing!! The ladies who run this business are truly incredible. Nobody does anything for free nowadays but this business does ... and they reply promptly to email enquiries.
My registration plate illumination lights were knocked out of position when a car bumped into the back of me. It wasn"t evident at the time but found on closer inspection.
I had no idea where I needed to go to have it fixed so did an online search and made an enquiry with this company.
They considered it a small issue, had the expertise to easily reseat the lights and told me to drop in and they'd fix it. AND ..... they refused to charge!
Good old fashioned service and a truly rare attitude to business in this day and age.

I was referred to Bowen Hills Autobody from a friend (who previously had several of his cars done with them) after I had a dodgy respray done by another panel shop. Taking it to Autobody, I was quoted a more than reasonable price to color match and respray the affected panel, so I went ahead with the job. The customer service I received from Autobody was honest, upfront, very well priced and they went thru great lengths to ensure the job was done properly and the paint was as perfectly blended as possible. Thank you, Autobody, it's refreshing to find a business like yours still exists where honesty, sincerity and good old fashioned customer service is the core foundation of how things are done. This is what brings people back and what spreads the word. I will certainly be back for all future paint jobs/panel repairs if/when I need it on any of my cars and I will also be referring friends and family your way. Thank you so very much!
What a great business and fabulous old fashioned customer service. My husband took my 4WD in for private (non insurance) minor dent and scratch repairs due to shopping car park damage and I couldn't be happier with the result. The car came back cleaned inside and out and I'm extremely impressed with the work they've done. Would definitely use them again (but hope I don't have to) and highly recommend this business.
I have used this business before for repair work on my car & have been very happy with the result. So last week when I lost my wedding ring down a small gap near the hand break in my husbands car, I called Tammy for help! They were very obliging to assist and after removing the inner console & front seats, they located my ring under the carpet! Needless to say my husband & I were very grateful for their time & effort.
Would definitely use this business in the future.
