They charged me $450 to fix my sons computer. He eventually got it back and it wasn’t fixed at all so Sam told me it would cost me more between $670 and $1290 on top of what I had already paid. After telling him there was no way I could afford that he offered to fix it for another $350. No thanks. I am going to Consumer Affairs if my money isn’t refunded.

Having some PC knowledge and family members in the PC business I got stuck needing to find someone trustworthy with my PC problems when there was no one else around. I researched the reviews & websites and went with Sam after his initial conversation with me. Sam agreed to meet me (yes, it was a Sunday) to see what he could do. Admittedly this was an old laptop, but Sam didn't give up. We had issues getting parts as it was an old version, throughout this time Sam kept me updated of the progress and any fee changes. When a 2nd thing went on the laptop, I called Sam immediately-he was there to help and give advice and willing to try and assist. Sam went over and above the call of duty to help me-for this I really appreciate his assistance and would strongly recommend him based on my experience. It looks like everyone agrees....this place is good....the guys who run this place are so sincere and honest....I really liked using them......First, my friend used them to fix his hard drives...with good results...So I used them to wipe and older computer clean and bring it back to its factory setting...I then gave it to my mom to use for games and online bill paying....Its been working fine since then....im giving them 5 stars...
