Warning!!! Do not go there. Greedy owner hiring anyone. Big big mistake. Worst salon ever

I usually don't write reviews but this is 100% called for. I simply asked if they toned hair extensions because my hair colour has a slight grey tone. Two blonde workers up the back were starring at me the entire time with anger nodding no to the Asian lady I was speaking to at reception. They acted as if their sht don't stink. This was the worst customer seevice I have ever experienced, they made me feel so uncomfortable for the 2 minutes I was in the store. If anything I'm glad that I didn't give them any money for a service which most likely would have been horrible by reading all the below comments. I honestly have no idea how this store is still operating with such poor reviews. my word of advice is the owner should just close and maybe invest in hiring professionals then maybe the business may prosper but now your reputation is by far tarnished. Wouldn't be surprised if the next time i walk past the store is closed down.

Worst customer service ever experienced. They don't even know what they're doing, they shouldn't be practicing hairdressing.

Went to Blondes & Brunettes in Mount Druit to get my hair cut but they declined to cut my hair as they said I had head lice (which I don't) plus the hairdresser said it out loud where everyone could hear
I was so embarrassed about it so I asked if I could see the manager but they said no I can't so I walked out
They were ABSOLUTELY rude & have no respect for their clients

This is the second time I have been here and this will be the last. I wanted to get my sons (2) hair cut and was approached by a girl with scissor and brush tattoo on her wrist. No hi just "is he going to sit still because I won't cut his hair unless he sits still - my scissors are sharp and if he doesn't sit still it will cut his ear off and cut my skin" I said he will be fine! All I wanted was a number 2 shave all over. She was the rudest little thing I have ever come across and I will definitely not going back there ever again! Horrible rude staff who just stand around and dong even acknowledge their customers.. Avoid this place
