T Foster and Sons did our fencing at our new home. The service we received was fantastic right from the get go. They turned up on time, listened to what we wanted and were very professional and reasonably priced. The fencer was polite, went above and beyond to get the fencing and retaining wall done. All completed in 3 days - perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Our neighbours are happy too. Great job guys, thanks soo much.

Nothing short of an absolute disorganised circus starting from the beginning.

We made an appointment to meet a staff member on site to quote for our house that was being built. As it was under construction we are obviously not living on site so made sure that a note was made for the staff member to call ahead by 10 minutes so we could ensure we were at the property to assist. This decision was made as the business can only give you a 4hr window in which they will turn up in. Needless to say after waiting around for half the day on the date of the original appointment, no phone call was received so a follow up email and phone call was warranted by me the next day on which I was told 'staff couldn't find the property' which is strange as a call to me, the customer, was never received. Regardless, I rescheduled the appointment and was assured by Fiona in the office that she had spoken directly to the staff member and he understood. Really poor service. Do not keep appointments, do not return calls/emails and failed to repair an error until I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. Even then they showed up un-announced to inspect and then repair (despite giving them alternate days/times to attend the house). Would never recommend this business.
