If you're after a health and fresh lunch, Bluebag is the place to go. There are a few options of salads on offer and my favourite is the super salad. I don't like spring onions which was on the list of ingredients but the staff had kindly offers me a choice of something else to replace it. There aren't that many salad places that offer this flexibility without paying extra.

My favourite sandwich from here is the Green Salad. It's usually made on dark rye, but there are choices - with Kale Hummus, Feta, Avocado & Salad. It's a lightweight, but delicious lunch option. The range of sandwiches is quite good and there's salads too. It's got a nice vibe to it. Very nice service too. Thank you.

I visit the Collins Street store everyday. Good food, very nice coffee, fast service. Salads and sandwiches are fresh and yum. Is a little pricey but worth it I think. One thing I can't understand though is why everyday the lowfat muffins sell out superfast and the icky Pritikins sit there in a pile. Hasn't someone figured out to make MORE lowfat and LESS prikins yet?
