Bluebird Cafe

The srevice is always great, food is good. Definitely not pretentious. Will go again??

I travel from Orange to Sydney every few months and have all ways eaten at the bluebird caf as its on the railway station but never again you don't get me a third time. I have had some of the best food there but since the older lady has gone its all gone down hill . Last Thursday I called in and had schnitzel and salad and all I can say to the manager or the person in charge is you need to bring back the older lady she made the best meals and I wont be coming in there again.

I asked for a soy flat white extra hot - was told not possible as the milk separates burns etc etc etc - what the staff need to realise is I AM THE CUSTOMER if I want my my coffee extra hot then thats how you should serve it to me - SHE served it warm. Another customer lost and a bad review. And oh if a customer asked for their burger to be almost burnt because that's how they liked it would you refuse?

just dont upset the staff with customer needs!!!
