Just moved to the area and Brendan was the one I chose for for some work I needed. I recomend
anyone wanting a good reliable plumber who turns up at the appointed time to use BM Plumbing.
He is very fare with his pricing

I won't suggest Brendan the plumber to anybody. You cannot trust him or rely on him for an honest advice especaiily if you don't know anyhting about plumbing. If you ask this guy's advice then you had it as that's what happened to me. I told him that my backyard get clogged and gets very damp after rains as the drainage is poor. I asked him whther connecting the down pipe from my roof to the storm water drain would reduce my backyard getting flooded with water from the roof ? He said that it would and based on that advice I gave the go ahead to his job. He charged me $660 for ther job which should have costed $400 as advised to me by other plumbers. When I queried Brendan he said that he had to hire a eel/jet blaster to unblock the storm waterpipe for $250. Well he should tell this to customers so that the customers can make an informed choice as whether to hire him or not as most plumbes these days carry an eel/ jet blaster. A fantastic experience. Brendan did all the plumbing on our house we recently constructed. He was very professional, turned up on time every time and charged a reasonable and competitive price for his service. Unlike most tradies I found him to be a good communicator and he definitely knows his stuff. He connected all internal and external plumbing, downpipes, water tanks and solar hot water system. He seems very easy going but extremely hard working. He gets stuck in and the job done, no stuffing around or long lunches. If you want a professional and reliable job done, this guy is the best.
