I was a long term customer I recommend it to my friends they made a couple of mistakes with my car did not apologize and charge me for fixing them

Worst service ever. Been coming here for awhile but lately unfriendly staff Asked me to get my tyres changed( new) Went to get them changed and was told. There was nothing not wrong with them
Plus got my last service done there. And was not done properly.
Don't think I'll go back. Totally a rip off.

I was a customer at Tuggerah outlet, my last 2 services were half baked and in complete, log book servicing means just that, not just an oil change, it's disappointing, because for once I thought we were going to get a fair deal, not just another rip off like the dealerships that sell you the cars, I came to you guys because I thought you were honest, but I guess at the end of the day, it's all about the dollars for you guys

Would not recommend. Was recommended to have my rear diff fluid changed even though it was changed tow weeks before their 'inspection'.
Also the engine oil was not topped up properly so the car used some oil from its reservoir (it's a van with an oil reservoir tank). So I went back in to have the oil topped up and the staff were unfriendly and argued that this is above the maximum of 6 litres of oil in the terms for an oil change. However the engine oil capacity is 5.8L for my van and the reservoir was full when I visited for an oil change. This means the engine was not adequately topped up during the change for oil to be drawn from the reservoir. No dramas at all however the staff argued even though it's clear as day what happened.
Overall it was an unpleasant experience.

This place is a complete rip off, they charge me for service and other items, when asked why they didnt do rotation and to show me the other items they couldnt.
They couldnt explain why they didnt do it, they just all went blank and dissapeared out the back, they finaly come back 15 min later to offer a refund but no explanation why they tried to charge for things they hadnt done nor would they say if they even did change the oil and filter.
