Bought a pack of Borg's Spinach & Ricotta pastries recently. Disappointed to find firstly only 11 in the 12 item pack and in addition, the filling of the pastries were already seeping out of the pastry prior to it even being cooked. Once cooked, it was a royal disaster.
It is a product that my family enjoys, and this is not the first that this has happened. Very disappointed.
Upon buying Apple & Custard treats for birthdays & Christmas we were first disappointed that our 10 pack only had 9 pastries.
Undeterred we heated the 9 pastries up, drooling at their thought.
Sadly we were shocked when one of our guests opened his up and found it not to be an apple & custard treat but rather a savoury pastry - I'm pretty sure it was spinach & fetta. It really made dessert unpalatable and disappointing for both us & our guests.
Even more disappointing than this though was that I emailed the company FOUR times to complain before I got any response, and that response was a 'we're still looking into it' without any real regret or assurance they would do anything. It's a week later than it now what's more and no further response. Really really poor.
Wow, just bought a packet of 10 spinach & Ricotta Pastries. Ummm, wheres the SPINACH. I noticed a few really really small strands of green hair looking stuff in the pastries but did not know what they were. No Spinach. Then I read the ingredients list...4% Spinach!!! I don't think there was even that much in it. Very disappointed.
